1General Terms & Eligibility

33baw (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 33baw and its users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "Member").

2Account Registration & Personal Information

To become a member of 33baw, you will need to create an account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Any changes to your personal details should be updated in your profile promptly.
• Any unauthorized activity on your account must be reported to us immediately.

3Age Verification & Legal Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register at 33baw. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. By registering, you explicitly confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

• Government-issued identification may be requested at any time to verify age.
• Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be closed immediately.
• Parents or guardians may not operate an account on behalf of a minor.
• All deposited funds will be forfeited in cases of age fraud.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

33baw accepts deposits via all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following conditions in mind before making a deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• If you experience a deposit issue, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.
• 33baw reserves the right to suspend deposits if suspicious payment activity is detected.

5Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawals at 33baw are simple and fast, though certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Our goal is to complete approved withdrawals within 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is BDT 50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawal verification may take 3–5 business days in cases of suspicious activity.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

33baw offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read carefully before acceptance. Claiming a bonus constitutes your agreement to its terms and conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available once per new member only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified betting requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting categories.
• All promotion requirements must be met before the specified expiry date.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7Betting Rules & Fair Play

All betting activities on 33baw are conducted on the principle of fairness. We are committed to maintaining a balanced and trustworthy betting environment, and all members are required to abide by these rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are offered due to a technical error, 33baw reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In live betting, any bet placed after the outcome of an event has been confirmed will be considered void.
• Any bet found to involve match-fixing or a manipulated outcome will be declared void.
• Any unusual winnings resulting from exploiting odds errors or technical glitches will be subject to investigation.
• It is entirely the member's responsibility to comply with applicable government regulations regarding Sports Betting.

8Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33baw platform. Violations will result in permanent account suspension and legal action where necessary.

• Exploiting multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using stolen or another person's payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or any form of hacking.
• Cyber attacks or DoS attacks against the platform.

9Account Suspension & Closure

33baw reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account under the following circumstances. Upon suspension, any legitimate balance will generally be returned, except in cases involving fraud.

• In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.
• If the member requests self-exclusion.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded within 7 business days.

10Responsible Gaming Policy

33baw believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not a cause of problems. That is why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming and are here to help every member enjoy gaming in a healthy way.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A temporary break option is available, ranging from 30 minutes to 30 days.
• The self-exclusion option allows you to block yourself for a minimum of 6 months or permanently.
